Fable Fest 2019 was a huge success!

Thank You to Central Texas Refuse for being our Presenting Sponsor!

We raised over $24,500 and had approximately 8,000 attendees!

Funds raised from the event will benefit the Cedar Park Public Library by  paying for reading programs, advanced technologies and expanding the current library collections for years to come.

Food, Fun, & Entertainment for the Entire Family

Fable Fest has been an annual community event since 2009 and brings together thousands of festival-goers to Elizabeth Milburn Park for a day of family fun and entertainment.


Proceeds from the event go to support the many programs at the Cedar Park Public Library, including:  


  • Early Literacy Initiatives
  • Summer Reading Programs
  • Advanced Technology Needs

Attractions & Entertainment

King's Carnival

This area is where kids of all ages can play games, participate in arts and crafts, hop on inflatables, and enjoy a petting zoo and pony rides (requires tickets purchased at event). 


Cobblestone Market

Here you can shop with a variety of Arts and Craft vendors and other area merchants. 


Pig's Pub

Eat your fill on food & drink of all kinds! This year we will have food trucks on site serving up a variety of delicious vittles. 


Royal Academy

The Academy is home to fearless demonstrations of live Jousting, with real Knights on real Horses using real Lances!  Jousting tournaments are scheduled for 1:00p.m. and 4:00p.m.


Troubador's Court

Lively entertainment from local acting troupes, dancing groups, martial arts dojos, musicians, and the Band of the Hills!

 The Pig's Pub is always a grand attraction at Fable Fest - it's where delightful victuals and culinary delights bring gustatory satisfaction to festival goers!
If you are interested in confirming a spot at Fable Fest for your food truck, please read and complete the attached application and contract. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your attendance and assure you are the only food truck of your genre.  This deposit is fully refundable upon full participation during festival hours.

  • Steps for confirming a spot at Fable Fest for your food truck;

  • STEP 2 - Once approved, use our “Online Deposit Payment” Button below to complete your registration. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your attendance and assure you are the only food truck of your genre. This deposit is fully refundable upon full participation during festival hours.

Sponsorship Information

  • As soon as you commit to a sponsorship we will begin promoting your business immediately through Fable Fest 2022! 
  • All sponsorships are tax deductible donations to the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation – 501(c)3.
  • All sponsors will be displayed on printed materials including  signage at the Cedar Park Library, event flyers, newspaper advertisements, this website, and event registration website.  Logo and/or company name size will vary depending on sponsorship level.
  • All sponsors will be eligible for a 10×10” vendor space at the event and can add the Proud Sponsor logo to their website.
  • Various sponsorship levels will have additional benefits listed below.
  • Any in‐kind donation must be pre‐approved by the Fable Fest Committee.

 Any applications/payments received after October 15, 2022 will be charged an additional $25.

  • Volunteers ages 14 and up are welcome and encouraged to sign up for one or more volunteer shifts. 
  • Most volunteer responsibilities will be in the games and activities area of the festival.
