The Friends of the Cedar Park Public Library is a non-profit group of volunteers who support the Library through donations of time and funding. It was established in September 1980 to promote the Library within the community and to work cooperatively with the Library Director, professional staff, and volunteers to achieve the Library's goals.
The Friends host two large book sales each year, in the fall and the spring. Gently used books, movies, and music CDs for all ages are available for purchase.
Our library touches the lives of you, your friends, neighbors, and community every day. We’d love you to join our community of library supporters with a gift that puts books and other resources into the hands of people who really need them right now.
Donate your Books to the Friends! The Library accepts one grocery bag or box of current fiction and non-fiction books per person on behalf of the Friends to sell in their Bookstore or Book Sale.
See below for book donation guidelines.
The Friends of the Library offers books, DVDs and media for sale year-round, and they host a biannual Book Sale in the spring and fall. All proceeds go to support the Cedar Park Public Library's collection.
