Amplifying Cedar Park’s Library Impact

Where Community Gathers, Possibility Grows

In Cedar Park and across Central Texas, the Library is more than a place to check out books—

it’s a launchpad for dreams,
a safe space for learning,
and a beacon for those seeking connection.

At the Foundation, we make sure everyone in Cedar Park and Central Texas has access to life‑changing opportunities.

Together—with your support, whether it’s time, talent, or treasure—
we help the Library reach further,
serve more people,
and shape a brighter future for all.

Whether you’re here to give, volunteer, or simply learn more—
welcome. You’re in the right place.

Our Mission, Our Momentum

We amplify the Library’s impact—because everyone in Cedar Park deserves the chance to learn, connect, and thrive.

Since 1993, the Foundation has turned vision into reality. But the last year has been different.

With the opening of the new Library, we’ve seen what’s possible when space, resources, and community come together.

Lives are being changed—one visit, one story, one connection at a time.

“CPPL was central to our family’s routine this summer—and continues to be as we go into the fall.”
— Summer Reading Club Parent

We’re proud to fund what helps the Library reach more people—and lift the entire community in the process.

Why This Library—Why Now

The new Library isn’t just larger.
It’s a launchpad for the future—where learning is hands-on, access is equitable, and opportunity is shared.

City funding covers the essentials.
The Foundation steps in to make the extraordinary possible.

With your support, we fund:

  • Early literacy programs like Books for Babies
  • Community events like Summer Reading Club
  • Creative learning in the Makerspace
  • Tech access and audiobooks for seniors

“The online audiobook service is such a lifeline for me as a senior.”
— Library Patron

Every gift and every volunteer hour strengthens our community for generations to come.

Want to help us do more?
Just one hour or one gift can help open a world of opportunity.

Your Impact Starts Here

When you support the Library Foundation, you’re not just helping a building—you’re shaping the future of Central Texas.

Last summer, one Summer Reading Club participant set a 15,000-minute goal and read over 11,000—driven by the books, encouragement, and sense of belonging he found at the Library

“Thank y’all for all of the summer programming! CPPL was central to our family’s routine this summer—and continues to be as we go into the fall.”
— Cedar Park Parent

These are the moments you make possible.

And they don’t just touch one family—they ripple outward to impact thousands. From babies to seniors, entrepreneurs to educators, your support fuels programs that uplift everyone in Cedar Park and beyond.

One Year of Impact

In just 12 months, the new Cedar Park Library has welcomed more people, sparked more ideas, and reached deeper into our community than ever before:

  • 650,000+ visitors
  • 502,000+ items checked out
  • 18,945 new library cards
  • 41,000+ program attendees
  • $500,000 raised

Each number represents a story — a child discovering a love of reading, a job seeker gaining new skills, a family learning together, a neighbor finding community.

What’s Next: Looking Ahead

The work isn’t done—it’s just beginning.

As Cedar Park grows, so does the Library’s role in empowering every learner, creator, and community member. In the year ahead, the Foundation is focused on expanding our reach and deepening our impact through:
