Expanding Access: A Foundation-Supported Initiative
The Cedar Park Public Library Foundation is dedicated to making summer reading accessible to all. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and our partnership with LEEF, we have provided $2,000 in free summer library cards to Leander ISD students outside Cedar Park—ensuring more children and families can explore books, participate in programs, and stay engaged in learning all summer long.
Why It Matters
Summer reading prevents learning loss (the summer slide) and sparks creativity. Our library transforms into a vibrant community hub, hosting interactive workshops, storytelling sessions, and special events to inspire lifelong learning.
