Summer Reading Program

Our Summer Reading Program goes beyond the confines of books. Our library transformed into a creative playground, hosting a series of captivating activities and events that fired up young imaginations. From storytelling sessions to interactive workshops, every visit to our library was an adventure waiting to happen and a triumph of knowledge and community spirit..

For two consecutive years, the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation has been a lifeline for local students, offering free summer library memberships and enriching programs for Leander ISD youth and their families. 

With a $1,000 from CPPLF and $500 from The Leander Educational Excellence Foundation (LEEF), 141 households and 232 local youth were able to take advantage of the Library and this vital Summer Reading program.  Learn more about how this collaborative community partnership is paving the way for a brighter future for LISD students!
