A Season of Learning, Creativity & Fun
This summer, the Library came alive with music, art, animals, gardening, history, and more! The Summer Adventure series brought families and neighbors together for a wide range of exciting, free programs—all designed to spark curiosity and build community.

👥 14,131 program attendees (+48%)
🆕 3,457 new library cards issued (+196%)
With no library card required to attend and events for all ages, Summer Adventure truly opened the doors for everyone.
📖 2025 Summer Reading Challenge
Record-Breaking Reading & Regional Reach
Thanks to your support—and generous sponsorship from Atmos Energy—the 2025 Summer Reading Challenge saw 5,080 participants of all ages dive into books, audiobooks, and more.
Together, our community read an astonishing 9,884,879 minutes—a 66% increase over last year! Participants tracked their reading via Beanstack and earned badges, rewards, and prize entries all summer long.
Additional Highlights:
📚 131,891 items checked out (+86%)
🆕 More than half of all new users were out-of-district members

Friends of the Library Book Sale Success!
A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for our very first Friends of the Library Book Sale in the new building! With your support, we raised an incredible $5,845—every dollar helping expand the Library’s reach through literacy, learning, and community connection.
Your support fuels meaningful programs like Books for Babies and the Summer Reading Club, grows collections with exciting additions like STEM kits from the Library of Things, and helps us reach more people across Cedar Park with vital outreach.

LOVER – A Taylor Swift Tribute: An Eras Tour Experience
On April 4th, the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation brought the sparkle of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour to Haute Spot with LOVER, a high-energy tribute band that lit up the stage with fan-favorite hits from every era.
Guests embraced the magic of the night with music, dancing, and a vibrant community spirit. The Golfinity putting green, mystery boxes, and an exciting raffle added to the fun—all in support of the Foundation’s mission to build a stronger library for Cedar Park.

BlackHawk Live: A Night of Music & Community Giving
On January 17th, BlackHawk took the stage at Haute Spot, delivering an unforgettable night of live music with their signature harmonies and hits like "Goodbye Says It All" and "Every Once in a While."
But the night was about more than just great music—it was a celebration of community and support for the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation. Guests tested their skills on the Golfinity putting green, won exciting raffle prizes, and took home mystery box surprises, all while helping expand lifelong learning opportunities in Cedar Park.

Grab interest 90s Night at the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation
The Cedar Park Public Library Foundation’s 90s Night brought the house down with Dial Up & Party On playing iconic 90s hits. Guests danced the night away and showed off their best 90s outfits, adding to the vibrant, nostalgic atmosphere.
The event's raffle was a highlight, raising funds to support the "Imagine the Possibilities" campaign for the new Cedar Park Public Library. The night blended community spirit, great music, and meaningful fundraising, making it an unforgettable stop in the Decades Concert Series!
A Night to Remember: 80's Prom Night Recaps Concert Series at Haute Spot!
We kicked off the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation's Concert Series with an unforgettable 80's Prom Night, exceeding all expectations with a fantastic turnout. The atmosphere was electric as the Haute Spot House Band played all your favorite 80's hits, keeping the crowd energized, engaged and dancing throughout the night.
Non-Stop Fun and Music
The energy was high, with our enthusiastic crowd dressed to impress in their best 80s outfits. The 'Best Dressed' contest added to the fun, and we were thrilled to award the winner free tickets for four to our next event on October 4th.
Silent Auction Success
The highlight of the evening was our silent auction, which was a tremendous success. We raised thousands of dollars for the "Imagine the Possibilities" enhancement campaign, directly supporting the creation of a world-class library as the new Cedar Park Public Library prepares to open its doors on November 1st.
